550 g cold rice
2 bay leaves
3 tbsp ghee
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 egg, beaten

1 tsp soy sauce

Ingredients:

7 cloves of red onion
4 cloves of garlic
5 large red chilies
2 red cayenne peppers
Oil

Method:

Roast cardamom, cloves and cinnamon. Set aside.
